Description (partial)

Symptom:
According to CSCso43850 'an ASA will switch to using the other redundant interface member link if it stops receiving failover keepalive messages on the current active interface'

We see this working when switchport connected to Standby ASA fails, but it doesn't work when switchport connected to Active ASA fails

Conditions:
If switchport connected to active ASA fails then failover link breaks
