Description (partial)

Symptom:
ASR1004 running asr1000rp2-advipservicesk9.03.06.00.S.152-2.S.bin.
IPv4/v6 HSRP is set at SubI/F, when IPv6 HSRP state changed
(except init state change), below unknown SNMP cHsrpStateChange trap displayed.

This is caused by HSRP attempting to send a trap for an IPv6 group.  The HSRP MIB does not support IPv6 groups.

Conditions:
1.IPv6 HSRP groups are configured
2.SNMP is set to send traps
