Known Affected Releases

5.2.0.BASE

Description (partial)

Subscriber session disconnects slowly with 24k sessions[ 5 services with merge & service accounting].

Symptom:
Subscriber session disconnects slowly with 24k sessions[ 5 services with merge & service accounting]. This leads to wait of 2 mins interval for session to disconnect.

Conditions:
There are two set of service accounting.
    1. Total which is known by iedge (say x)
    2. Post policy merge which Qos PD is aware (say Y). Here x > y

So on session bring down, Qos sends final stats update for the y service stats record while iEdge waits for the remaining (x-y) service accounting ID. Since these (x-y) service accounting update is not received by Iedge, it will keep on wait till timeout (2 mins) occurs.

Has been seen in 5.1.3.
