Description (partial)

Symptom:
Customer was upgrading from CIM 4.4 to CIM 9.0 and DB Upgrade was not working. Unknown CIM versions shown in DB after DB Upgrade is run.

Conditions:
Due to technical issues with the upgrade that resulted in above failure,an action plan for the implementation of EIM/WIM has been established.

This action plan has the following additional requirements:
1.	8 new IP addresses for the EIM WIM server group
2.	8 new Machine Names for the EIM WIM 9.0 server group.
3.	8 New VM Machines configured as already delivered with these new machine names and IP addresses.

During the Upgrade process these 7 machines must be active and on the network. During the upgrade process the 4.4 platform File Server and Database Server must also be online for the duration of the upgrade process.

After EIM upgrade, customer needed to retain the IP address and hostnames of File and Database Servers of version 4.4
