Symptom:
Backup error displayed on the GUI incorrectly references restore error:

"An error prevented the restore from completing successfully. The application failed to connect to the server. Verify that the provided hostname, username and password are correct."

Conditions:
PLM Standalone
Administration -> Backup/Restore
Enter invalid data for one of the fields on the Backup/Restore page
Select Run Backup...
