Description (partial)

throughput doesn't scale linearly, when increasing data-rate higher latency is noticed.
The delay introduced in the packet exchange is causing TPC transactions to initially sends retransmissions and eventually drop.
Customer might experience higher latency

This behavior was observed when the system was configured with 48 GB RAM, 28 cores, 24 sessmgr, 4 vnets under kvm1.4
it worked ok when it was configured with 32 GB RAM, 16 cores, 15 sessmgr, 4 vnets although more recent updates have shown similar problems in such configuration as well
