Description (partial) 

Symptom:
If Admin or Agent is running Agent Skill Group report that exceeds a total of about 20+ agents and one of the other CUIC box reboots, reports running on Firefox get unresponsive javascript warning message. This warning only occurs in Firefox browser and the root cause is because of many events received while the active Storm cluster republishing all agents state.

Conditions:
Agent or Admin running Agent SkillGroup report of a team that is more than 20 agents. OR
Admin running Agent SkillGroup report of more than 20 agents. AND
the condition is caused by the active Storm cluster republishing the entire agent state.   This can be caused by:
1.  A CUIC server rebooting
2.  A failover from one cluster to another
3.  A restart of one of the ?CCE Live Data Web Service?
