Description (partial)

Jabber users that were signed into CUP when moved from a Subscriber node to the Publisher node will incorrectly continue to appear as online to buddies, despite having been disconnected from the server as part of the move process.

This is a transient issue, and as soon as the Jabber client reconnects to the user's new home node, correct presence status will be presented to buddies.

When a user moves from the SUB node to PUB node, the PUB node composes initial user status based on stale presence data from the user's old home node. The presence data has not been properly cleared from the Database at the time the composition occurs.

On move from PUB to SUB node, the data will have been cleared prior to the SUB node composing initial presence status, so the issue will not occur.
