Description (partial) 

Symptom:
Optical PMs retrieved via HTTP are incorrectly shown on a STM64 payload configured in TXP-10G on 10x10G line card.

Conditions:
1) On a NE, configure the mode in ETSI.
2) provision a 10x10G-LC card and provision the Operating mode as TXP-10G
3) Provision a STM64 payload as client and OTU2 as related trunk port.
4) Now run the HTTP query to retrieve the Optical PM values.
