Description (partial)

Symptom:
During EFT testing with 5.1.1 drop 1 , Topaz fabric couldn't boot with  the following message

P/0/RP0/CPU0:RTRBB03(admin)#RP/0/RP1/CPU0:Dec 2 16:24:42.003 : sds[386]: %INSTALL-INSTREPL-7-FILE_OPEN_FAILED : Failed to open file '/disk0/hfr-base-5.1.1.13C/sp/0x10A/lib/libjbistub.dll' while creating a file stream: No such file or directory.

The path  of the file   libjbistub.dll in syslog message is different than the one  on disk0

Conditions:
This occur during migration from CRS-3 to CRS-X 

Here are the steps we have done 

shutdown plane 0
unpower fabric FP140 in slot0 
replace FC140 by FC400 in slot 0
Power FC400 SM0
