Symptom:
Server association fails with the following error.
Failed to set Advanced Boot Order in BIOS.-MC Error(-7): Error sending request or receiving response

Conditions:
Following are the two scenarios which can trigger the firmware mismatch.

(a)	Mgmt. firmware pack (mgmt.-fw-pack) is used and that is pointing to a pre-2.2 CIMC firmware version whereas bios firmware is at 2.2 or later.

(b)	Direct upgrade (without using host-fw-pack) of bios is done to a 2.2 or later version whereas CIMC is still in pre-2.2 release.
