Description (partial)

Symptom:
Operations Logs Filters do not work correctly for Message text field

Conditions:
Filtering by Message Text for a specific string is case sensitive and you must using wildcard (*) if not specifying the entire text string.  

Steps to reproduce:
Navigate to the Operations Logs pane
Select the Filter icon
Filter by the Message text field:  Job inserted for date 12/2/2013
Specify search string "inserted" in the Message text file and nothing is returned
Specify search string "*inserted*" and records returned that contain the string "inserted"
Specify search string "job*" in the Message text file and nothing is returned
Specify search string "Job*" and records returned that contain the string "Job"

Note:
Working Filters:
Message: Job inserted for date 12/2/2013
Filter: Job*
Filter: *inserted*
Filter: *12/2/2013*

Non-working Filters:
Message: Job inserted for date 12/2/2013
Filter: job*
Filter: *inserted
Filter: 12/2/2013
