Description (partial)

prompt asking caller to say the name will cut off mid way through
The ASR will not recognize the speech the caller inputs, thus the script will not function properly

UCCX integrated with an ASR
customer is using dial by name with speech recognition
incoming call is G.711 alaw,  prompt asking customer to speak name is G.711 ulaw
the caller should speak a valid name and should be passed to the ASR
