Description (partial) 

Symptom:
The  wavelength change during rerouting is not refreshed to a new value and the rerouted wavelength indicated in the Cisco Prime Optical WSON circuit shows the older value.

Conditions:
The wavelength indicated in the Cisco Prime Optical WSON circuit rerouting, in case of wavelength change, is not refreshed to the new value.
