Known Affected Releases
Symptom: CTI Applications would see provider open failure with error "password Decryption failure" while connecting to CTIManager. Impact: All CTI application using 10.0.1 JTAPI/TAPI Client will have problem in connecting to UCM Server which is using third-party CA certificate for security. Conditions: UCM is installed wit certificates that are signed by 3rd Party CA.
