Cisco Bug: CSCul77894 - BLF status not updates when device in power save and phone app in recent

Description (partial)

Symptom:
BLF status do not updates if device is in power save mode and phone app is in recents or in background

Conditions:
1. Go to settings-> security -> Phone app (select to display phone app on lockscreen)
2. Configure device to go in POwer save mode.
3. Check the status of BLF in phone app and wait for device to get locked.
4. Make the BLF DN in use . Now tap on device screen to see the status of BLF
5. Unlock device. press home button and then again open phone app from recents 
6. Remove phone app from recents and open it again.
