Description (partial)

Symptom:
Unsetting DND on Phone clears user/manual DND

Conditions:
Jabber user with desk associated phone
Set DND on the Jabber client
It cascades to the phone
Un-set DND via the phone
DND is cleared.

expected behavior
When the user un-sets DND via the phone it should only unset DND on the phone and not clear overall DND
