Description (partial)
Symptom: Call gets initiated to end point A but beep sound is not heard. Conditions: 1.Register two devices A & B with CUCM 2.Check "Do Not Disturb" option from CUCM for Endpoint A 3.DND option can be either "Ringer Off" or "Call Reject" 4.For endpoint A, Select "Beep Only" option from drop down menu for DND Incoming Call Alert. 5.Make call from Endpoint B to A.
