- Cisco ONS 15454 Series Multiservice Provisioning Platforms
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: GFP counters continuously incrementing on P9-10 for 10GE GFP. GFP counters are incrementing more then expected when their is no traffic from the testset Conditions: Behaviour is observed on following condition: 1) 10GE GFP is configured between two cards on P5-6 and P9-10. 2) Sent traffic and stopped. 3) GFP counters on P9-10 are continously incrementing. 4) Cleared counters on both cards. On the card that has traffic in P5-6 both GFP and 10GE counters remained 0 whereas on P9-10, GFP counters gfpStatsTxOctets, gfpStatsRxOctets, gfpStatsRxMBitErrors, gfpRxCmfFrame are continuously incrementing. 5) Started traffic and even though 10GE traffic is clean gfpStatsRxMBitErrors is continuously incrementing.
