Description (partial)

Symptom:
Change speed/duplex setting from auto/auto to manual on member Gig interfaces, it does not reflect the same config for port-channel in "sh run", though takes affect on port-channel interface (sh interface) .
Configuring phy setting on port-channel does reflect instantly on both port-channel and member interfaces.

Conditions:
If we change speed/duplex settings on Gig member interfaces of a port-channel.
