Description (partial)

Symptom:
An input transport stream or input service in the DCM GUI Tree view that is shown as not present and that is not used anymore (i.e. not passed to another board and no specific settings configured) can now be deleted.

Conditions:
When a settings file was imported into the DCM from a DCM that had more cards or the output card where services or components were passed to, is extracted from the DCM without inserting it back.
