Description (partial)

Symptom:
Outgoing calls via H323/MGCP GW (non ICT Trunk case) failing with the following error RouteListExhausted & Reason=41

Conditions:
The issue is triggered by a loss of connectivity of the MGCP gateway over the WAN

CUCM Route List Exhaustion Messages
Currently running CUCM System version: 9.1.2.10000-28 We are seeing these messages every 30 minutes or so. When I do a sh isdn service I can see that channels are available, so I do not believe we are running out of b channels. Thoughts on what else this could be?
