Symptom:
Agent Desktop greyed out on completing conference during Emergency call

Conditions:
Issue occurs only when the initiating an emergency assist call while the OPC process is failing over from A>B and then back B>A.  Once completing the emergency assist conference in this scenario, the agent desktop will grey out.
