Description (partial)

Symptom:
When in CUP manual config page, after entering incorrect log in info, e.g incorrect server address, and save, app gets into verifying state as expected. But if force stop app at this point and relaunch, app would show it's verifying from the sign in view, as if it had been successfully signed in before.

It should remain on the first step of CUP manual config wizard, and show error due to incorrect server address.

app is only showing incorrect UI page, users can manually go back to manual sign in wizard.

Conditions:
-fresh install app
-launch app
-enter incorrect email address from blue screen>tap save>proceed to manual sign in wizard
-select cup for im>enter correct username and password, but enter incorrect server address>tap save>see app's verifying log in info
-force stop app from native settings
-relaunch app
