Symptom:
Call Pickup Indication is not  showing in 2nd line of 99XX IP Phone

Conditions:
Steps to Reproduce :

1.	Register a IP Phone A 99XX model with 1st line DN (3115) and 2nd line DN (3116) , IP phone B (DN 3025)  and IP Phone c DN (3117) in unified CM .
2.	Make IP Phone A 99XX 2nd line DN (3116) and IP Phone B DN (3025) in same call pickup group .
3.	Make a call from IP Phone C to IP Phone B 


Problem Description : when make a call from IP phone C to IP Phone B when it keep on ringing in IP Phone A 99XX phone the call pick up indication should show . But it's not indicating in 2nd line of IP Phone A 99 XX Phones .

Expected Behaviour : In 2nd line of 99XX IP Phone it should indicate call pick up notification .
