Description (partial)

Users in Perth, with profile set to Perth time zone and PC clock also set to Perth timezone, when they login to smart scheduler under there account setting page they see the time zone displayed is incorrect.

Easily reproducible in lab, observed under latest software version TMS 14.3.1. TMS PE1.1.

Under PC clock select any time zone with (+8:00 UTC) the time zone displayed under account setting page would be Beijing,Chongqing,HK,Urumqi.Basically the first one in the +8:00 list.
