Description (partial)

Symptom:
CDR Search Result page shows the From/To Time in UTC format only - Irrespective of the Search Criteria - UTC or Local Time.

Click on View for each result and the time is in Local Time.

Conditions:
Any Version - Tested on 8.5 and 9.1.2

I discovered this bug or one like it after upgrading to 11.5.  I have performed the reboot workaround twice and am now performing it for a third time.  So far, each time it fixes the issue for a day or two and then CDR's and CDR search both revert to UTC time.  HELP!!!   Current TAC case 682977391
