Description (partial)

A crash is observed after configuring a channel-group and bring the port-channel up.

The channel-group is configured using "mode on" For example:

channel-group 1 mode on

During the configurations, we several errors:

Oct 2 15:05:21.628 EDT: %SNMP-3-DVR_DUP_REGN_ERR: Attempt for dupe regn with SNMP IM by driver having ifIndex 194 and ifDescr Port-channel7

Oct 2 15:05:21.645 EDT: %COMMON_FIB-4-FIBHWIDBMISMATCH: Mis-match between hwidb Port-channel7 (ifindex 189) and fibhwidb Port-channel7 (ifindex 189)

Oct 2 15:05:21.657 EDT: %COMMON_FIB-4-FIBMISSINGHWIDB: No fibhwidb while initializing fibidb for Port-channel7 (if_number 190)

The crash could potential be caused after trying to configure "mode on" after the port-channel was already configured for PAGP. This is still being investigated.
