Symptom:
LC Reset caused by FIA Fatal error:

LC/0/3/CPU0:Nov 13 03:46:38.860 utc: pfm_node_lc[284]: %FABRIC-FIA-0-ASIC_FATAL_FAULT Set|fialc[159814]|Fabric Interface(0x1014000)|Fabric interface asic ASIC1 encountered fatal fault 0x1b - OC_DF_INT_PROT_ERR_0

Conditions:
Frequent flow-control from FIA to Bridge with Bursty traffic.

This is extremely rare scenario and following conditions should occur simultaneously.

a). Extremely bursty traffic from NP to bridge which can result in frequent assertion of flow-control from FIA to bridge.
b). Flow-control from egress LC to ingress LC which will also cause flow-control towards bridge
c). High priority traffic from ingress NP to bridge-fia
