Description (partial)

Symptom:
After manually disabling the 802.11a (5.0GHz) network WLAN and re-enabling it again, some 802.11ac clients may re-associate to a Cisco Aironet 3600 Series Access Point (with 802.11ac expansion module) but find that they are unable to obtain an IP address, so they cannot forward any traffic.

Conditions:
This bug only applies to deployments with the 802.11ac Module for the Cisco Aironet 3600 Series AP.
