Description (partial)
Symptom: Video Monitoring and Video QoE reports currently use Package IDs instead of Package Counter IDs. The current reports are affected by the anomaly (listed by topic and report name): Video -> Services -> Quality: Video Services Quality Video -> Monitoring -> Resolution: Video Usage per Resolution Video -> Monitoring -> Bit Rate: Video Usage per Bit Rate Video -> Monitoring -> Duration: Video Usage per Duration Conditions: Select one of the below reports: Video -> Services -> Quality: Video Services Quality Video -> Monitoring -> Resolution: Video Usage per Resolution Video -> Monitoring -> Bit Rate: Video Usage per Bit Rate Video -> Monitoring -> Duration: Video Usage per Duration The Package filter under the Parameters tab is currently designed to work with Package IDs whose value range is [0-4999]. This will not generate the report for the correct subscriber Package if the Package ID is not matching the same value as the corresponding Package Counter ID, as defined on the SCA BB Console.
