Description (partial)
Symptom: The length of the allowed extensions in the dial-plan in 8.6.4.10000-15(Caddo) is restricted to 40 characters. If extension length is 4 then only 4 set of additional allowed extensions will be allowed. But in the previous builds this character limit was not set and hence the customer has entered more than 4 set(customer had 6 set:2000-2999,3000-3999,4000-4999,5000-5999,8000-8999,0900-0999) of additional allowed extensions. After the migration from prototype to production box, customer is not able to save the remaining 2 set(8000-8999,0900-0999) of additional allowed extensions. Conditions: 1.Login to installed BE3K as admin 2.Go to System Settings->Dial Plan 3.Enter more than 4 set of extensions in Additional Allowed Extension tab.
