Description (partial)

Symptom:
With M2/M1 and F1 in same VDC .
HSRP configured for a vlan active only on M2 linecard , HSRP VMAC getting learnt on a F1 linecard even if the vlan for the HSRP not active on any FE of F1 linecard .
