Symptom:
Settings view doesn't show after tap CTI password expiry notification

Conditions:
-provision app with CTI enabled
-change CTI password from server
-from mobile phone settings, turn wifi off and on, so app's phone service can start reconnection
-tap app's CTI password error in notification center
