Symptom:
All data payload's rmons for Tx PMs report with Direction as Receive.

Conditions:
Steps to Reproduce
===============
1. Have 10GFC P2P setup with traffic running.
2.Create rmons for Tx PMs( TxFrames,TxOctets,gfpStatTxOctets...)
3.When RMON-ALARM raised, check the alarms Direction field, it shows "Receive"
