Symptom: Call forwarding icon is disabled. Conditions: 1. Set call forwarding to voicemail or a number 2. Call forwarding icon is displayed on bottom of hub 3. Go off hook on Deskphone Expected: Both call forwarding icon and call forwarding drop down menu and sub menus are enabled
