Cisco Bug: CSCul62310 - VLAN associated with the vNIC is not shown while creating iSCSI vNIC

Description (partial)

Symptom:
In a creation of global service profile or global service profile template, when user tries to create a ISCSI vNIC using the vNIC that just created from vNIC template, then select the vLAN via the pulldown combo box. The combo box shows empty. 
Expects to see  a list of associated vlan name based on the selected vNIC.

Conditions:
The vLAN combo box is empty which is incorrect and should display a list of vLan name that are associated with the selected vNIC.
