Description (partial)

Symptom:
VEMDPA crashes and generates a core file. vmkernel logs would show the following:

2013-10-23T03:39:54.267Z cpu13:9805)UserDump: 1805: Dumping cartel 9805 (from world 9805) to file /var/core/vemdpa-zdump.000

The VEM would drop off from the VSM and join back

Conditions:
Has been seen when moving a VM online from the affected host to another
