Symptom: Phone app is crashed after start monitoring and selecting new call. Conditions: [steps to reproduce] 1. Establish a call between two end points A(Customer) and B(Agent). 2. Initiate a silent monitoring session to endpoint C(supervisor). 3. From endpoint point B tap on new call displayed at the left corner of the screen. 4. Make another call from endpoint D to other DN of endpoint B. 5. Answer the call on endpoint B. 6. Again tap on new call displayed at the left corner of the screen from endpoint B.
