Description (partial)

There are two issues.
1. For 2020, only Inlet temperature alarm will be recorded in "show facility-alarm status".
But for 3G60, both Inlet and CPU temperature alarm will be recorded in "show facility-alarm status"
with the same description "Inlet temperature limit" which makes confusion.

2. Make 3G60's Inlet temperature exceed the critical threshold. Then 3G60 will be powered off by overheating protection.
After 3G60 power on again. we found Inlet temperature alarm is still recorded in "show facility-alarm status".

1. set 3g60 inlet minor major alarm and wait until the major alarm raised.
2. set 3g60 cpu minor alarm and wait until this alarm raised.
3. you will find the minor alarm replaced the major alarm in facility alarm.
