Description (partial)

Symptom:
During Failover of Packaged CCE from SIte A to SIteB,  if the CUIC reporting service goes down, and user logs in to Finesse desktop, the report container would display the message "Waiting for service to come online" And it stays in the same state until the CUIC service comes up

Conditions:
Packaged CCE setup split across Site A and SiteB
Agents logged in to finesse desktop pointing to Site A
Site A fails over.
