Description (partial)

Symptom:
When applying a custom threshold (RX-SOP or CCA) directly to a single AP using 'config 802.11b rx-sop threshold <value> ap <ap-name>', the command fails with error "Invalid parameter specified".

Conditions:
Failure occurs when attempting to configure a custom RX-SOP or CCA threshold directly on an AP if that AP is in an AP Group to which an RF-Profile has been applied.
