Description (partial)

Symptom:
Jabber Video Crashes at Start up or After Hibernation. 

Opening Jabber for the first time causes the application to crash with an error that says "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000018) Click to close the application" .

Conditions:
This issue only occurs on desktops that have been imaged or used with their software deployment tool.   Desktops that are manually built and installed with Jabber work with no issues.
