Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Agent log in stuck at "Signing in..." dialog. Conditions: If number of agents signed in is at or exceeds capacity and then logging in a new agent. This only occurs for Packaged CCE when the maximum number of agent allowed to log in is reached.
