Description (partial)

On certain 3750 switches, the special character "^@" is appended to the end of buffered logging messages.

The logging filter feature must be configured to trigger this issue.

This is configured with the following two commands:
            logging filter <filter_file>
            logging buffered filtered
This does not affect logging to the console.
