Description (partial)

After deleting a global policy, policy sets inheriting the global policy are found to use the 'default global policy'.

When removing a VNMC Global Policy assigned to a Tenant Policy Set, the user is prompted "Do you want to deleted this policy Yes/No". When the user answers Yes, the Default Global Policy replaces the Global Policy on policy sets. No warning is generated to indicate such a change has occurred.
