Symptom: Black screen is displayed on supervisor endpoint after initiate monitoring on device home screen. Conditions: [Precondition] Supervisor endpoint(C) should be in device home screen. [Step to reproduce] 1. Establish a call between two end points A(Customer) and B(Agent). 2. Initiate a silent/whisper-coaching monitoring session to end point C(supervisor).
