Description (partial)

Symptom:
SNMPwalk for lldpRemEntry and Nexus does not return RFC compliance value for lldpRemIndex

By this it means that wherever there is lldpRemIndex used as an index into and LLDP MIB table, N7K does not respond back with a valid index id in the range: (Integer32(1..2147483647)) as per the LLDP MIB RFC and just uses the value of 0 for all lldpRemIndex values.

Example:
[root@sse-26 ~]# snmpwalk -v 2c -c public 10.104.238.120 1.0.8802.1.1.2.1.4.1.1.8
LLDP-MIB::lldpRemPortDesc.0.440451072.0 = STRING: Ethernet7/13

For the left hand side of the value, the last value is 0 whereas it should be a non zero positive value.

Conditions:
performing snmpwalk for 1.0.8802.1.1.2.1.4.1.1.8

Issue seen with the following version 6.1(3), 6.1(4), 6.2(2), 5.2(4)
