Symptom:
In rare conditions the NP may halt and need to be restarted.

Conditions:
The use of MOD-80 LC with the 4x10Gig EP plug
BVI and core mpls flaps when BFD is configured

Apart from the fix to BFD issue, a fix also went to add general class of protection to Mod 80.
