Symptom: Details: AddUserPhone Tx succeed while adding Phone to inventory and Continue to Register Phone. Issue is I canât see it's allocating ip's from the subnet. - Add new phone to inventory and Continue to Register Phone. (refer the picture1.jpg) - 12846668 AddUserPhone Tx succeed. But Sub MacToLocationDHCPSet says âSubnet not managed for the phoneâ which is not correct. 12846668 Request Succeeded AddUserPhone => Entered at: 2013/01/13 20:03:44 GST (10.44.15.251) User phone [SEP12121212BBBB] successfully added. => Started at: 2013/01/13 20:03:44 GST => End at: 2013/01/13 20:06:53 GST Status of sub transactions 12846669 AddPhone Y Phone [SEP12121212BBBB] added to inventory 12846670 LocationMacToLocation Y Phone [SEP12121212BBBB] allocation moved, subnet not managed - no IP assigned 12846671 --- Driver_MacToLocation Y Phone [SEP12121212BBBB] allocation moved 12846672 --- Driver_IPPBX Y CUCM 7.1.x: Phone [12121212BBBB] moved to location ...
